Boxes ship the first week of each month, September through May. We pause shipments during summer — but if you would like a summer shipment please contact us.

UNIBOX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, campus mailrooms, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If a package appears lost, please contact us and we will help coordinate with the shipping carrier.

Due to the curated and consumable nature of many UNIBOX products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

UNIBOX subscriptions may be canceled 30 days prior to the next shipment. UNIBOX reserves the right to refuse refunds for subscriptions that have already been processed and prepared for shipment.

Orders may only be modified before they enter processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address or product selection.
